Designing a new mould for a fan not only requires engineering skills but also in-depth knowledge of aerodynamic aspects of designing to develop a fan design that supports an efficient and uniform flow of air.

At Palam Plastics, we have expertise in both. With experience spanning more than 45 years, we manufacture high precision moulds and plastic fan and blower blades. Our manufacturing process begins with concept designing after thorough research and understanding of client’s needs and specifications. This is followed by product development, validation, mould manufacture, the process of plastic injection and final assembly.

Concept Design

Palam Plastics is a pioneer in the field, manufacturing plastic fan & blower blades for the past 40 years. Driven by a strong technical knowhow, professional expertise and enthusiasm, we manufacture superior quality products from start to finish. The entire process of concept development and designing is done in-house utilizing the latest CAD software and hi-tech machines. Backed by our own R&D, we address optimization of the design of fan blades for efficient, noiseless, smooth operations in specific areas of application.
Mould Making

Palam Plastics manufactures plastic fan blades and blower blades and was the first to introduce and produce these products in India for window, split and commercial ACs. The mould for the blades is manufactured in-house giving more control on the design and detail aspects. Armed with the most advanced, cutting edge machinery and a large plant, we produce superior quality, tight tolerance plastic moulds. New moulds can also be made for clients as per requirement.
Moulding

We are experts in the sector of moulding fan and blower blades, with an experience of more than four decades. We are able to handle the most complex features, under-cuts and other minute details in design to produce high quality products. We are an ISO, CE certified as well as ROHS compliant company. We make plastic fan blades for applications in home appliances, commercial use such as deep freezers, refrigerators, automobiles, exhaust systems etc. We also manufacture plastic moulded grills for Automobiles.
